Wallet top-up

Wallet top-ups are credited only after admin verifies the UTR/payment details. If a payment is not traceable, the request may remain pending or be rejected.

Application charges

Application charges are deducted when the user submits the application. Refund eligibility depends on service status, verification stage, and administrative decision.

Failed or duplicate payment

For failed, duplicate, or wrong-amount payments, users should raise a payment complaint with UTR and screenshot if available.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds, if any, are processed after verification through the available wallet or payment support process.
